huzzly is a ranked dating app that hasn't opened yet. This site is its waitlist. This page lists everything we keep about you and why. There is nothing else.

WHAT WE STORE WHEN YOU JOIN

Your first name. It is printed on your huzzly ID.
Your email. We use it to tell you when huzzly opens where you are, and to send you a link to your card if your address is entered again. It never appears on your card and is never shown to anyone.
Your city. It is worked out from your internet (IP) address at the moment you join, printed on your card, and shows us where people are waiting. We do not store the IP address. If your city can't be worked out, your card gets a made-up place instead.
Your queue number and the date you joined.
Whether you asked a device to forget your card, and the date.
A random key that links your card to the browsers holding it. It is how "forget this card" finds your place without your email.

If you ask for your card again, we also keep the one-time code inside the link we email you. It is deleted when you use it, or after 24 hours.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

Your browser keeps a copy of your card (first name, queue number, city, date and the random key, not your email) and whether you turned the sound off. That is how the site remembers your card when you come back. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

FORGET THIS CARD removes the card from that device. It does not delete your place on the waitlist. To delete that, see "Your choices" below.

WHO HELPS US RUN THIS

Cloudflare hosts this site and the waitlist, sends the email with your card link, and runs the check that tells people from bots when you join (Turnstile). That check looks at signals from your browser and connection. Cloudflare handles this information for us under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

WHAT WE EMAIL YOU

A link to your card when you ask for it, and a note when huzzly opens in your city. Nothing else.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Until huzzly has opened where you are and you've been invited, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it and leave the waitlist. Email hello@huzzly.app from the address you joined with and we'll do it.

AGE

huzzly is for adults. Please only join the waitlist if you are 18 or older.

CHANGES

If what we collect changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
